Beautiful Brighton

This collection of dishes with adorable animal branding was displayed in the shop "England At Home" and is, in my opinion, a perfect example of a brand which is cohesively packaged to appeal to the viewer. Even though the animals on the plates, cups and saucers vary from a fox, otter, rabbit or owl, it is obvious that they are related because the designer created a similar style across repeated colors like turquoise and orange and repeated patterns such as stripes, diamonds and half-circles. Through this the brand and its separate designs can be more easily distinguished.

"Charlie's Sweet Emporium" had a more simple and subtle advertisement and packaging than the animal dishware pictured earlier, but it was clean and well-suited for its products--a simple design is ideal for vibrant candies! The "Charlie's" logo with a bit of fun flair in the little face in place of the dot of the "i" is repeated in labels on the bags of candies inside and framed by a border which allows the sweets to remain the focus point while retaining the brand name. I purchased a small bag of Turkish Delight here and I can say that it both looks good and is delicious!
